Urges the City and County of Honolulu to refurbish the Puuloa Beach Park pavilion located at the end of Fort Weaver Road in Ewa Beach as part of a comprehensive renovation of the entire park complex.

Requests that the City and County of Honolulu implement a fee system for pavilion reservations and use, with a portion of collected fees designated for pavilion maintenance and other park improvements.

Notes that the pavilion and surrounding park have deteriorated into a dilapidated state despite historically serving as a venue for community events such as birthdays and graduations.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Mayor of Honolulu, the Director of Parks and Recreation, and the Chairperson of the Ewa Beach Neighborhood Board.
