Cites resident opposition to the wind project due to landscape impacts, noise pollution, shadow flicker, and nightly red light flashing.

Requests Hawaiian Electric Company and renewable energy companies increase public transparency in their decision-making processes.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Public Utilities Commission, Chief Energy Officer, Honolulu Mayor, and Hawaiian Electric Company leadership.
