Requests formation of a task force to address safety, illegal dumping, and maintenance issues on North Road in Ewa Beach, which is owned by three different entities (one private and two public)

Task force membership includes representatives from the Department of Transportation, City and County of Honolulu, Ewa Beach Golf Course, Carmel Partners, Iroquois Point, and Ewa Beach Neighborhood Board

Department of Transportation is requested to organize four task force meetings to coordinate efforts

Task force must report recommendations on safety improvements and unified management of North Road to the Legislature no later than eight months after adoption of the resolution

Certified copies of the resolution are to be transmitted to the Director of Transportation, Mayor, City Clerk, property managers, and Neighborhood Board Chairperson
