Condemns all forms of anti-Asian sentiment related to COVID-19, including terms such as "Chinese virus," "Wuhan virus," and "Kung-flu" that perpetuate stigmas against Asian Americans.

Urges all public officials to condemn and denounce anti-Asian sentiment and calls for condemnation of all manifestations of racism, xenophobia, discrimination, and ethnic or religious intolerance.

Directs federal law enforcement officials working with state and local authorities to investigate and document hate crimes against Asian Americans, collect disaggregated data on COVID-19-related hate crimes, hold perpetrators accountable, and bring them to justice.

Urges public agencies to prioritize language access and inclusivity in communications and combat misinformation and discrimination targeting Asian Americans.

Requires certified copies be sent to the President, Congress members, U.S. Secretary of State, Attorney General, and state governors and legislative leaders nationwide.
