Requests the State Auditor to conduct a performance audit of the Department of Education's Office of Curriculum and Instructional Design and its policies, procedures, and responsibilities for curriculum design, development, and support.

Directs the Auditor to examine whether the Office's activities are achieving their intended objectives and being conducted effectively, efficiently, economically, ethically, and equitably.

Cites concerns that active contracts ranging from $38,500 to $215,000 for curriculum development services may duplicate the duties of the Office of Curriculum and Instructional Design.

Requires the Auditor to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2022 Regular Session convenes.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the State Auditor, Chairperson of the Board of Education, and Superintendent of Education.
