Urges the United States Senate and President to enact the Protecting the Right to Organize Act of 2021 (H.R. 842) as expeditiously as possible.

States that from 1980 to 2014, wages for the bottom half of income earners grew by 1 percent while top 1 percent earners' wages grew by 205 percent due to policies that stripped workers of collective bargaining power.

Notes that unionized workers earn over 13 percent more than comparable nonunionized workers and receive fairer wages, better benefits, and improved working conditions.

The Protecting the Right to Organize Act would: empower workers to enforce labor rights in court; prohibit employer interference with union elections; enhance worker rights to support boycotts and strikes; clarify prohibitions on forced waiver of collective action rights; allow fair-share union fees; facilitate timely first contracts; close loopholes for misclassification of workers; and prevent denial of remedies based on immigration status.

Requires transmission of certified copies to the President, President Pro Tempore of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the U.S. House, and Hawaii's congressional delegation.
