Requests the Comptroller to convene a Healthy Workplace Working Group to review and recommend improvements for transforming state facilities into green facilities that maximize health, productivity, and reduce costs.

Working group membership includes the Comptroller (chair), two members each appointed by the Speaker of the House and President of the Senate, and presidents of the Hawaii chapters of the United States Green Building Council, American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers, and the Honolulu Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Requires two additional members with technical expertise in green workplace environments who hold credentials from LEED Accredited Professional, WELL Accredited Professional, or American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers 62.1 Standards committees.

Members serve without compensation and may invite other interested parties to participate as appropriate.

Working group must submit a report with findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than December 31, 2021.
