Affirms legislative support for purchasing, preserving, and restoring agricultural and conservation lands in Maunawili Valley, Oahu to protect ancient and historic sites, trails, and waters in the area.

Recognizes Maunawili Valley contains significant cultural resources including heiau (temples), Hawaiian burials, petroglyphs, historic trails, and irrigated agricultural terraces, along with wetlands and freshwater springs feeding Kawainui Marsh.

Endorses the vision of restoring Maunawili to its traditional role as a source of fresh water and abundant agriculture while supporting Governor Ige's goal to double local food production by 2030.

Urges the Department of Land and Natural Resources, state entities, City and County of Honolulu, and Hawaii's Congressional delegation to work with The Trust for Public Land and community organizations (Hui Maunawili-Kawainui, Hookuaaina, and Kauluakalana) to acquire HRT Realty's Maunawili properties for community stewardship.

Requires transmission of certified copies to Hawaii's Congressional delegation, the Governor, state and county officials, Office of Hawaiian Affairs, and partner organizations involved in the land acquisition effort.
