Request counties with inclusionary zoning policies to conduct a study on how those policies impact affordable housing inventory within their respective counties.

Study must examine how inclusionary zoning policies affected the production of new housing supply and track the ownership history of units built under these policies.

Study must analyze the number of inclusionary zoning units still owned by original buyers, the number resold, and how many still have owner-occupancy exemptions.

Study must document profits realized by original buyers who sold their units and assess any other impacts the inclusionary zoning policies had on the housing market.

Certified copies of the resolution must be transmitted to the mayor of each county.
