Commits to exploring mutually beneficial cooperation between Hawaii and the Philippines through economic and people-to-people exchanges and sister city relationships

Urges the Philippine Consulate General in Honolulu to continue promoting Filipino-American culture and renews support for Philippine democratic institutions and human rights
