Urges the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to establish a registry of creative artist gig workers to facilitate access to Pandemic Unemployment Assistance program benefits.

Defines "creative artist gig worker" as a person who creates art in any medium and receives compensation on a per piece, per project, or per event basis.

Requires the registry to allow creative artist gig workers to use their general excise tax license and related filings to establish unemployment benefits eligibility.

Requests the Department of Taxation to collaborate with the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations in establishing the creative artist gig worker registry.

Directs transmission of the resolution to the Governor, Director of Labor and Industrial Relations, and Director of Taxation.
