• Requests the Chairperson of the Hawaiian Homes Commission to convene and chair a Homestead Agricultural Demonstration Projects Working Group to develop recommendations for facilitating agricultural demonstration projects on Hawaiian homestead lands.

• Working group membership includes representatives from the Department of Agriculture, Department of Land and Natural Resources, University of Hawaii College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources, Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation, all county mayors, Sovereign Council of Hawaiian Homestead Associations, and Kamehameha Schools.

• Directs the working group to consider recommendations for the Sovereign Council's homestead agricultural demonstration projects, which aim to support farming and ranching on native Hawaiian trust lands with financing, technical support, and up to 20 farm and ranch worker rental units.

• Requires the working group to submit findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2022 Regular Session convenes.

• Dissolves the working group on June 30, 2022.
