Designates June 27 of each year as Post-Traumatic Stress Injury Awareness Day in Hawaii to recognize and appreciate those affected by post-traumatic stress injury.

Designates the entire month of June each year as Post-Traumatic Stress Injury Awareness Month in Hawaii.

Urges the Department of Health and United States Department of Veterans Affairs to educate victims of interpersonal violence, combat, life-threatening accidents, and natural disasters—along with their families and the general public—about causes, symptoms, and treatment of post-traumatic stress injury.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the U.S. Secretary of State, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Hawaii Governor, Director of Health, Director of State Office of Veterans Services, and Executive Director of Honor For All.
