Requests the Legislative Reference Bureau to compile and synthesize research studies on all potential health impacts of radio frequency radiation, including 5G networks.

References a 2018 National Toxicology Program study suggesting radio frequency radiation from 2G and 3G cellular networks may correlate with heart tumors, brain tumors, and adrenal gland tumors in rats.

Notes that the National Toxicology Program has not initiated a study on the health effects of 4G and 5G radio frequency radiation.

Requires the Legislative Reference Bureau to submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2022 Regular Session convenes.

Urges the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to commission a new National Toxicology Program study on health impacts of radio frequency radiation, including 5G.
