Urges the Office of the Lieutenant Governor to convene a task force to establish procedures and guidelines for high schools and other educational institutions to plan safe graduation ceremonies

Recommends task force membership include representatives from the Department of Education and Department of Health

Cites COVID-19 pandemic constraints on graduation ceremonies and notes that public health measures (testing, contact tracing, vaccination, social distancing) are enabling planning for increased gatherings

Directs transmission of certified copies to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Chairperson of the Board of Education, and Director of Health
