Hawaii Community Foundation requested to convene a working group of public, private, and non-profit leaders to create a public-private partnership model for post-pandemic recovery in Hawaii.

Working group to collaborate with the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives in developing recovery strategies and macro-level models.

Hawaii Community Foundation and Legislative Reference Bureau requested to provide technical and substantive resources to support the working group's efforts.

Hawaii Community Foundation must submit a report of findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2022 Regular Session.

Certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Director of the Legislative Reference Bureau and President of the Hawaii Community Foundation.
