Study should examine blockchain applications including voting, property title transfers for houses and cars, and decentralized infrastructure for real estate and vehicle sales transactions

Office of Enterprise Technology Services must submit a report with any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2022 Regular Session convening

Certified copy of the concurrent resolution to be transmitted to the Chief Information Officer
