Urges the State, City and County of Honolulu, and Ewa Beach community to address the feral cat issue in the Ewa Beach area, which threatens native wildlife and poses health risks to residents.

Requests the Hawaiian Humane Society collaborate with animal rights groups and private property owners to eliminate or relocate the feral cat colony at Ewa Beach Shopping Center.

Requires the Ewa Beach Shopping Center property management company to provide regular progress updates to the Ewa Beach Neighborhood Board on addressing the feral cat colony.

Identifies feral cats as invasive species that prey on native birds and insects, carry toxoplasmosis that threatens endangered Hawaiian species (nene, alala, monk seals) and poses health risks to park visitors and children.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Mayor, Honolulu City Council, Hawaiian Humane Society President and CEO, and the Ewa Beach Shopping Center property manager.
