Urges the City and County of Honolulu to refurbish the deteriorated pavilion and surrounding park complex at Puuloa Beach Park located at the end of Fort Weaver Road in Ewa Beach

Recommends that the City and County of Honolulu implement a fee system for pavilion reservations and use, with a portion of revenue dedicated to maintaining the pavilion and funding additional park improvements

Notes that the pavilion has historically accommodated community events including birthdays and graduations but has fallen into disrepair

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Mayor of Honolulu, the Director of Parks and Recreation, and the Chairperson of the Ewa Beach Neighborhood Board
