Condemns all forms of anti-Asian sentiment related to COVID-19, including use of terms such as "Chinese virus," "Wuhan virus," and "Kung-flu" that perpetuate stigmas against Asian Americans.

Urges all public officials to denounce anti-Asian sentiment and recognizes that health and safety of all Americans regardless of background must be prioritized.

Directs federal law enforcement to expeditiously investigate hate crimes and threats against Asian Americans, collect disaggregated data on COVID-19 related hate crimes, hold perpetrators accountable, and bring them to justice.

Urges all public agencies to prioritize language access and inclusivity in communications and combat misinformation and discrimination targeting Asian Americans.

Requires transmission of certified copies to the President, Congress, federal agency heads, and all state governors and legislative leaders.
