Requests the State Auditor to assess the social and financial effects of mandating health insurance coverage for gender transition-related health care services, as specified in S.B. No. 752.

Requires the Auditor's report to be submitted to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the convening of the Regular Session of 2022.

References Hawaii Revised Statutes sections 23-51 and 23-52, which require auditor assessment of proposed health insurance coverage mandates before legislative consideration.

Directs the Insurance Commissioner to transmit copies of the resolution to all health insurers operating in the State.
