Urges all law enforcement officers and prosecuting attorneys in Hawaii to vigorously enforce and prosecute offenses committed against essential workers while on the job.

Identifies essential workers in healthcare, grocery and food service, hospitality, airline travel, and ground transportation as vulnerable to harassment and confrontation from the public.

Recognizes that essential workers are required to communicate and enforce government-enacted emergency rules and orders in the course of their employment.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Chief of Police and Prosecuting Attorney of each county in Hawaii.
