Recognizes the 100th anniversary of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act of 1920, signed by President Warren G. Harding on July 9, 1921, and effective September 16, 1921

Acknowledges Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole's role as Hawaii's non-voting delegate to Congress who introduced House Resolution 13500 in April 1920, leading to the Act's passage by both chambers of Congress in June 1921

Honors the Act's purpose of providing approximately 200,000 acres of former crown lands to native Hawaiians through homesteading programs to restore land ownership lost since the Mahele of 1848

Directs executive departments to review policies benefiting Hawaiian Homes Commission Act beneficiaries and prioritize housing for those beneficiaries

Requires transmission of resolution copies to Hawaii's congressional delegation, Governor, Hawaiian Homes Commission Chairperson, Office of Hawaiian Affairs Board Chair, and all county mayors
