• Requests the State Auditor to assess the social and financial effects of mandating health insurance coverage for ambulance and community paramedicine services under S.B. No. 283 (2021 Regular Session).

• Requires the Auditor's assessment to consider a specific definition of community paramedicine services: organized systems provided by EMTs and paramedics integrated into local or regional health care systems and overseen by emergency and primary care physicians.
