Urges the Hawaii Department of Education School Food Services Branch to adopt an addendum to the 'Āina Pono Hawaiʻi state farm to school program agreement requiring procurement of goods and services from food hubs.

Directs the Department of Education to include food hubs as part of the overall procurement strategy for the 'Āina Pono program, though goods and services need not be procured exclusively from food hubs.

Recognizes that food hubs provide small to mid-sized farmers with facilities for aggregation, storage, processing, distribution, and marketing support to improve economic sustainability.

Notes that the 'Āina Pono program currently operates at Kohala School Complex on the Big Island and at three schools on Oahu (Mililani High, Mililani Uka Elementary, and Mililani Waena Elementary).

Requires transmittal of certified copies to the Board of Education Chairperson, Superintendent of Education, Board of Agriculture Chairperson, State Procurement Office Administrator, School Food Services Branch Director, and State Charter Commission Executive Director.
