Hawaii Community Foundation is requested to convene a working group of public, private, and non-profit leaders to create a public-private partnership model for Hawaii's post-pandemic recovery, in collaboration with the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Hawaii Community Foundation and Legislative Reference Bureau are requested to provide technical and substantive resources to assist the working group's efforts.

Hawaii Community Foundation must submit a report of findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the Regular Session of 2022.

The resolution recognizes that multi-sector collaboration during the pandemic produced significant results and that solving Hawaii's difficult problems requires ongoing collaborative engagement across government, private sector, and non-profit sectors.
