Urges the Department of Education and Department of Transportation Services of Honolulu to remove bus stop number 1091 located in front of Ilima Intermediate School on Fort Weaver Road.

Identifies the bus stop as a site of illegal drug sales, drug paraphernalia dumping, public urination and defecation, and littering with used needles, condoms, and other hazardous materials.

States these activities endanger the health and safety of approximately 800 students and 100 faculty and staff at Ilima Intermediate School, as well as neighboring residents.

Requests that affected persons be notified of alternative bus stops available: Ewa Beach Transit Center (bus stop 4202) and Fort Weaver Road and Makule Road bus stop (bus stop 1804).

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Superintendent of Education and Director of the Department of Transportation Services of Honolulu.
