Amends Section 329-101(b) to include opioid antagonists used to reverse opioid overdoses within the electronic prescription accountability system's scope of controlled substances.

Requires all practitioners (except veterinarians) and pharmacies to register with the department to utilize the electronic prescription accountability system for pharmacist-prescribed opioid antagonists in addition to designated controlled substances.

Mandates electronic reporting of pharmacist-prescribed opioid antagonist dispensations to the central repository in accordance with department-adopted rules.

Requires reporting of prescription filling information in numerical format at least once every seven days, including "zero" dispensing reports when no prescriptions for designated controlled substances are filled.

Takes effect upon approval.
