Adds the University of Hawaii to the list of organizations authorized to conduct criminal history record checks on current or prospective employees whose duties include ensuring the security of campus facilities and persons.

Renumbers the final catch-all provision for criminal history record checks from paragraph (49) to paragraph (50) to accommodate the new University of Hawaii provision.

Takes effect on December 25, 2040.
