Requires the Office of Youth Services to establish a pilot program providing mentors to Pacific Islander high school and college students to address achievement and income gaps.

Mentors shall provide guidance in college and career readiness, personal development and relationship building, and cultural and community engagement.

Office of Youth Services may partner with private nonprofit organizations to implement the program.

Establishes one full-time equivalent position for a youth pilot program coordinator and appropriates funds for fiscal years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.

Requires a report to the legislature no later than 20 days before the 2022 regular session on program success, feasibility of statewide expansion, and recommendations; pilot program terminates June 30, 2023.
