• Prohibits eviction of good standing tenants at Kawaihapai Airfield (also known as Dillingham Airfield) until the Department of Transportation's lease with the U.S. Department of the Army expires on July 5, 2024.

• Prevents the Department of Transportation from exercising an early termination provision in its lease agreement with the U.S. Army that was set to terminate on June 30, 2021.

• Requires the Department of Transportation to cooperate with any private entity conducting an economic feasibility study of Kawaihapai Airfield.

• Recognizes that the airfield generated 33,805 aircraft operations in 2019, supports over $12,000,000 in yearly revenues from small business tenants, and employs over 130 people in flight instruction, maintenance, tourism, and related services.
