Prohibits legislators from soliciting, accepting, or receiving any individual gift in the form of hospitality with a value exceeding $25.

Reduces the threshold for mandatory gift reporting from $200 to $100 in aggregate value for legislators, government employees, and their spouses or dependent children when gifts are received from a single source with interests that may be affected by official action.

Applies restrictions to gifts received directly or indirectly by legislators or their family members when the gift source has interests that may be affected by the official's actions or inactions.

Effective upon approval.
