Appropriates unspecified general revenues for the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Museum (State of Hawaii Museum of Natural and Cultural History) for fiscal years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 to support museum operations and staff hiring.

Requires the appropriated funds to supplement, not replace, the museum's existing base budget allocation from the department of budget and finance.

Directs the director of budget and finance to include dedicated line-item funding for the museum in annual budget requests beginning with fiscal year 2025-2026 and thereafter.

Finds that state general revenue appropriations to the museum have decreased significantly over the preceding decade and that restored funding is critical to preserve and maintain the museum's collections and cultural services.

Effective date: July 1, 2065.
