Require the Hawaii Department of Health to publicly disclose the exact location of COVID-19 cluster cases by county, including the name and address of each affected establishment

Include the number of individuals involved in each cluster case within the public disclosure

Update cluster case location data every seven calendar days and make it available for public viewing

Apply to COVID-19 clusters across all exposure settings including educational settings, congregate shelters, food service establishments, retail establishments, lodging and tourism, and places of worship

Take effect upon approval
