Amends Section 237D-4, Hawaii Revised Statutes to require advertisements for transient accommodations and resort time share vacation interests to conspicuously display the general excise tax license number (or electronic link) of the operator or plan manager.

Requires advertisements to include the short-term rental permit number (or electronic link) issued by the county where the transient accommodation or resort time share vacation unit is located.

Maintains existing requirements that advertisements provide the operator's registration identification number and local contact information (name, phone number, and email address).

Takes effect on July 1, 2021.
