• Establishes regulatory framework for common interest agricultural communities on agricultural lands, modeled after the Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act used in condominium law

• Restricts permitted uses on farm parcels to agricultural activities: crop cultivation, livestock raising, game and fish propagation, agricultural-based commercial operations, and associated buildings; prohibits farm dwellings

• Requires county review and verification of projects for compliance with zoning, subdivision ordinances, building codes, emergency access, and fire safety before registration; allows counties to conduct inspections with fees up to $500

• Mandates establishment of farm parcel owners' associations for governance and management; requires registration with board of agriculture within 30 days of first association meeting

• Prohibits condominium property regimes under chapter 514B on agriculturally classified lands; violators subject to misdemeanor penalties of $10,000 to unspecified maximum fine and/or up to one year imprisonment

• Takes effect July 1, 2050
