Appropriates $150,000 from general revenues to the Office of the Auditor for fiscal year 2021-2022 for special studies, planning and programming improvements, and contractual services requested jointly by the Senate President and House Speaker.

Appropriates $2,800,000 from general revenues to the Office of the Auditor during fiscal year 2021-2022 to be deposited into the audit revolving fund established under Hawaii Revised Statutes section 23-3.6.

Appropriates $6,300,000 from the audit revolving fund to the Office of the Auditor during fiscal year 2021-2022 to conduct or complete audit functions as provided by law.

Any unexpended or unencumbered balance of appropriations made by this Act, except for moneys in the audit revolving fund, lapses into the general fund as of June 30, 2022.

Takes effect upon approval.
