Creates the "Fair Share Health Care Disclosure Act" requiring the Department of Human Services to compile data on employers with employees receiving public assistance benefits, including Medicaid and health care services.

Mandates submission of a report to the legislature no later than 20 days before the 2025 regular session identifying the 50 employers with the highest number of employees receiving public assistance in the previous calendar year.

Report must include for each employer: address, number of full-time and part-time employees, number of recipients employed, number of recipient spouses or dependents, estimated state cost of public assistance, and number of employees eligible for employer health benefits under chapter 393.

Prohibits inclusion of employees' names or personally identifiable information in the report.

Requires the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to assist by sharing employment data with the Department of Human Services; effective upon approval.
