Define "behavioral health care manager" as a nurse, social worker, licensed counselor, or psychologist who coordinates care, provides psychotherapy, and manages referrals within the collaborative care model

Eliminate geographic restrictions and originating site requirements for telehealth coverage and reimbursement under Medicaid
