Establishes an automatic minimum wage adjustment mechanism beginning January 1, 2026, and each January 1 thereafter, calculated using the self-sufficiency income standard for one adult in Hawaii as determined by the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism.

Rounds adjusted minimum wage rates to the nearest five cents and requires adjustments to take effect on July 1 of each year.

Caps annual minimum wage increases at 10 percent of the current rate, even if the self-sufficiency calculation would result in a larger increase.

Maintains the minimum wage at $10.10 per hour (effective January 1, 2018) if the annual adjustment would result in a lower rate.

Repeals the existing tip credit provision that previously allowed lower wages for tipped employees.
