Creates new Class B felony offense of "continuous sexual assault of a minor under the age of sixteen years in the second degree" requiring two or more acts of sexual penetration or contact with a minor when perpetrator resides in same home or has recurring access.

Amends existing continuous sexual assault statute to expand age limit from fourteen to sixteen years old and designate it as "first degree" offense (Class A felony) requiring three or more acts instead of previous requirement.

For minors aged fourteen to sixteen, requires perpetrator to be five or more years older than the minor and not legally married to the minor.

Allows jury to unanimously agree only that requisite number of acts occurred without agreement on which specific acts constitute the required number.

Effective July 1, 2060, contingent upon ratification of constitutional amendment allowing legislature to define continuing course of conduct and jury unanimity requirements in crimes against minors.
