• Changes the deadline for filing political party rules from the 150th day to the 170th day prior to the next primary election in Section 11-63.

• Changes the deadline for submitting party officer names and addresses from the 90th day to the 170th day prior to the next primary election in Section 11-64.

• Takes effect upon approval.
