Amends Section 11-6 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to modify information required for voters to withdraw their petition signatures.

Removes the requirement for voters to provide their social security number when submitting written notice of signature withdrawal.

Removes the requirement for voters to provide the year portion of their date of birth in the withdrawal notice.

Requires written notice to include the voter's name, residence address, month and date of birth, signature, and a statement requesting signature removal from the petition.

Takes effect upon approval.
