Grants the Stadium Authority the power to seek entities to purchase naming rights to Aloha Stadium and its facilities.

Adds a new subsection (7) to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 109-2 authorizing the stadium authority to pursue naming rights sales as a revenue generation method.

Legislature finds naming rights sales could generate significant revenue to offset the $350 million in taxpayer-funded general obligation bonds for stadium construction without burdening taxpayers.

Cites examples of successful naming rights deals including the Staples Center's $700 million Crypto.com agreement and the University of Hawaii's $5 million SimpliFi Arena sponsorship.

Takes effect upon approval.
