• Exempts agricultural multi-use lands under Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) management from transfer to the Department of Agriculture, keeping them under DLNR control indefinitely.

• Requires the Board of Land and Natural Resources to add "agricultural multi-use" as a new land classification category for lands with agricultural value and natural resource, conservation, or public recreation value.

• Establishes one full-time agricultural multi-use lands specialist position within DLNR's Division of Forestry and Wildlife to coordinate between DLNR, Department of Agriculture, and agricultural tenants.

• Authorizes the specialist to leverage federal funding from the Natural Resources Conservation Service and other sources to support land stewardship, reforestation, and public purposes on agricultural multi-use lands.

• Takes effect July 1, 2050.
