Establishes a statewide homelessness shelter and housing data clearinghouse within the Department of Human Services to be administered by the governor's coordinator on homelessness

Clearinghouse shall aggregate client-level data from existing databases on persons experiencing homelessness and available services, shelters, and housing throughout the State

Governor's coordinator on homelessness shall submit annual reports to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to each regular session, including performance metrics on reducing homelessness, housing and services inventory gaps, and evaluation of the State's homeless services performance

Annual report shall include a long-term operational plan with any necessary funding requirements for continued operation of the data clearinghouse

Appropriates $300,000 from general revenues for fiscal year 2022-2023 to establish the statewide homelessness shelter and housing data clearinghouse
