• Authorizes funds for the Judiciary (JUD 601) to cover collective bargaining cost items and salary adjustments under chapter 89C, Hawaii Revised Statutes, for excluded state officers and employees in the same compensation plans as bargaining unit (10) members.

• Authorizes funds for the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation (HTH 210) to cover collective bargaining cost items and salary adjustments for bargaining unit (10) members and excluded employees assigned to the corporation.

• Takes effect July 1, 2022; any unspent or unencumbered funds lapse as of June 30, 2023; salary increases are paid from the respective fund sources (federal, special, or other) for employees whose compensation comes from those funds.
