Authorizes advanced practice registered nurses and physician assistants, in addition to physicians, to serve as attending providers and consulting providers for medical aid in dying under Hawaii's Our Care, Our Choice Act.

Allows advanced practice registered nurses with psychiatric or clinical specialization and physician assistants, in addition to psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide required counseling to qualified patients.

Reduces the mandatory waiting period between a patient's first and second oral requests from 20 days to 15 days; establishes expedited pathway allowing waiver of the 15-day waiting period if patient is expected to die within that timeframe.

Permits attending providers to make initial determinations of terminal disease, decision-making capacity, and voluntary request through telehealth in addition to in-person visits.

Prohibits disclosure, discovery, or compelled production of information collected by the Department of Health or retained through incidental or routine communication with providers and qualified patients.
