Appropriates general revenues to the University of Hawaii's College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources to establish one full-time agriculture education coordinator position for fiscal year 2022-2023.

Establishes the coordinator position to support a coordinated framework for agriculture education across Hawaii's preschool through post-secondary institutions in response to declining farmer numbers and agriculture education support.

Aims to increase student exposure to agriculture education, enrollment in agriculture career pathways, teacher training in agriculture and food systems, and the number of local food producers and professionals.

Seeks to address Hawaii's average farmer age of 60 years and expand the agricultural workforce to improve food security and self-sufficiency for the state.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
