Enacts the Uniform Recognition and Enforcement of Canadian Domestic-Violence Protection Orders Act, creating a new chapter in Hawaii law to recognize and enforce domestic violence protection orders issued by Canadian courts.

Authorizes law enforcement officers to enforce Canadian domestic-violence protection orders as if they were issued by Hawaii tribunals, with probable cause established by presentation of a certified copy identifying both the protected individual and respondent.

Allows Hawaii tribunals to issue enforcement orders for Canadian domestic-violence protection orders upon application by authorized persons or respondents, following Hawaii's domestic protection order procedures.

Permits individuals to register Canadian domestic-violence protection orders in Hawaii state courts at no filing fee by presenting a certified copy and sworn affidavit that the order remains in effect and unmodified.

Provides immunity from civil or criminal liability for law enforcement officers acting in good faith to enforce valid or facially authentic Canadian domestic-violence protection orders.

Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 586-21 to extend full faith and credit recognition to Canadian domestic-violence protection orders alongside those from other U.S. states, tribes, and territories.
